  The island has stunning views and the penguin show is an extraordinary experience as they are in freedom. The visit to Moonlight sanctuary was brief but worth it, I could see all the australian fauna.

  This is a part of our two consecutive trips with the Oceania Tours and Safaris and it lived up to our very high expectations. It was a wonderfully organized trip with beautiful scenery, animals and sensational lookout spots, great tour guides and fascinating lectures on the region and history. Fred and Sebastian - our expert tour guides who accompanied us were outstanding - passionate, informative, engaging and entertaining. Fred is not only a fount of knowledge about Melbourne but also a wonderful host with a great sense of humour. The combination of cruising the Murray River on a boutique steamboat, watching a fascinating penguin parade, seeing wild animals close-up in their habitats in good company - is just a winner.   I was skeptical of going on the tour, as we had to reschedule due to Covid and we were now squeezing it into a weekend rather than as part of a larger trip as originally planned. I soon turned my attitude around after meeting Fred, who my daughter quickly adopted as her grandfather for the day. Fred was such a delight- friendly, knowledgeable and engaging. Despite the poor weather and my initial hesitation, I would do it all over again in a heartbeat as long as Fred is our guide.

  Really great tour with our guide Eli to see the penguin parade and nobbies at Phillip island. Friendly, informative and super easy. Great sights in one day and didn’t need to drive. Thanks Eli!

  We had such a great time with Fred! It was truly an unforgettable experience. We really appreciated his willingness to let us set our own pace, and he had some awesome stories and facts along the way! He’s not only passionate about his work but a genuinely kind person. Just a little tip for the Philip Island tour. When you’re leaving the island, don’t just look at the penguins but look up the sky too! You’ll see thousands of stars!

  This tour was the best that My Partner and I have ever been on! Fred the tour guide was definitely the highlight of this trip! He was so amazingly friendly, kind and knowledgeable. Loved listening to his stories, sense of honour and his history of Melbourne. Was not bored one bit and thoroughly enjoyed the way he did his tour! Plus seeing those cute little penguins at the end of the night is also a bonus! Even though it poured with rain and thunder halfway through the penguin parade I still would name this is best experience I have ever had. Would definitely recommend this tour to anyone!

  Oceania Tours & Safaris can be highly commended for continuing to offer safe and enjoyable tours in the aftermath of the COVID -19 lockdowns. We really appreciated that the tour went ahead despite my husband and I being the only subscribed guests. Fred, our tour guide and driver, was outstanding in his dedication to ensuring we had the best day! His engagement and enthusiasm, for the entire 10 hour tour, were outstanding and he couldn’t do enough to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. Such an employee is absolute “gold” for your company in ensuring word of mouth referrals and return customers. Thank you very much indeed Fred from J and K.

  This was the best trip of my life. I joined this tour on Friday, 22 January 2021. It was a fantastic tour ever especially, my guide Fred was really friendly and helpful. The Oceania Tours & Safaris is also very impressive. I didn't know that I was the only customer on this tour, but they still provided the tour service for me at an affordable price, especially for an international student like me. Also, they were very quick to answer my inquiry. I chose the Phillip Island & Moonlit Sanctuary tour program. The tour was paced perfectly with visits to exciting and beautiful places and have appropriate time to take lots of photos, which I really appreciated. I had plenty of opportunities to feed kangaroos and wallabies, and I saw many cute koalas and closely took many photos and videos with them at Moonlit Sanctuary. I visited the beautiful beaches and saw beautiful scenery at Nobbies, which is the most breathtaking view I've ever seen. I saw many cute birds and wallabies in the wild. The Premium Plus option for the penguin parade allowed me to sit in a private viewing area. I sat in the front row, where I could see the penguins come out of the water and pass right in front of me. It was truly a fantastic experience! Fred kept me entertained, and he went above and beyond. He has in-depth knowledge of the history and nature of Australia. He took me to all the included stops plus made additional stops, given a real Aussie nature experience. Thank you so much, Fred. I highly recommend this tour. It has everything you need to know about Phillip Island plus the beautiful wildlife. I will definitely join the tours with Oceania Tours & Safaris again.

  A fantastic day tour to Phillip island with my friendly private tour guide Fred. Wonderful experience to watch the penguins waddleing back to their nests. So excited to walk with these cute cute creatures.
