Local Emily Gray is returning to her home town, along with European trained chef Iohne Simpson, who knows how to put amazing, delicious, honest food on the plate without it costing you a fortune. Emily and Iohne are passionate about sourcing and supporting the Northern Rivers' freshest seasonal produce from local farmers and businesses. The Spotted Pig, at Lindendale, will be serving breakfast and lunch from Tues-Sunday, and radtastic pop-up dinners on occasional Fridays.
