Rosebud Cottage is a quaint 1860s Heritage listed, pioneer wooden slab cottage - authentic on the outside while having brand new inclusions on the inside, (such as a Miele oven and reverse cycle air conditioning). Rosebud has three small rooms - a kitchen/living area with leather Moran lounge and Foxtel, a double bedroom with a modern, comfortable four-poster bed, and a modern separate bathroom and laundry. Rosebud is set on a family farm - one of the last in the ACT - yet faces a suburban street in Cook, inner Belconnen. The lovely back patio overlooks beautiful rural views and there are even bushwalks on the doorstep, despite being so close to Canberra City.
