I wish I could give this tour more than 5 stars... it was truly an amazing experience, one I will never forget! Our guide, Smokey, was the absolute best; we could not have asked for anyone better! He was extremely knowledgeable and fun, a true Aussie who knew the ins and outs of the land he calls home. Lunch was delicious and the little towns we drove through were delightful. The hike to Wentworth falls was my favorite part, taking in the beauty of Australia in such a wonderful setting was a dream come true. I can not recommend this tour enough, you will not regret it if you book!

Our guide Donna was amazing, she gave facts about the region all the time during the trip. Stops were well chosen and not difficult to walk.

We have had a beautiful day tour with two very nice and funny guides, Glenn and Donna. They were very informative and also made lots of funny jokes. I would totally recommend booking this tour.

We were really in doubt if we should do the tour due to our limited time in Sydney, however after the day we have no regrets whatsoever! Donna and Glen were amazing tour guides, answering to all our questions, advising us, offering to take photos and telling all about the legends and history from he places we visited. On top of that they have a great sense of humour. It was Glen's first day working with the company but he was a natural, keep the good work!! The fact that the tour starts at 12pm is really good because it gave us the morning to explore sydney a little bit more and gave us the chance to see the sunset on the blue mountains (divinal!). Thank you so much for the amazing day and for making us have no regrets!

We went on the Blue Mountain Sunset tour 17 Jan 2020 and it was a fantastic day. The oringial booking, due to the fires, had to be pushed out a few days. This is completely understandable and unavoidable due to the bushfires. Unfortunately for us (but fortunately for NSW) the day we went was extremely overcast and raining. However, our tour guide Smokey made up for the poor weather and kept us entertained all day throughout the walks. I would 100% reccomend this tour as a must if travelling to Sydney and try to book Smokey as he has a vast knowledge of the area, the walks and Austrailia! Thanks again Smokey and wildlife Australia, we had a blast!!

The park closed the day before due to the fires so we didn’t get to go on any trails or see much. The company should have notified us of the park closure and maybe not even conducted the tour since the park was closed.

Active bush fires caused any of our views including of sunset to be clouded in smoke. Many of the scenic hiking locations were closed due to the fire danger. Our guide did his best to find clear locations but few were available. Given many of the key areas had closures which were posted the day before we should have been offered the option to reschedule. That said, watching the helicopters try in vain to stem the growing flames gave everyone an appreciation of the risks fire fighters take on everyone’s behalf.

With only two days in Sydney before cruising to New Zealand it was difficult to decide what to do. Finally we made the decision to spend one of those two days in the full day adventure to the Blue Mountains and sunset experience. Donna made our day by providing good explanations not only about what we saw but a lot about other topics for us to better understand the Aussie culture and history. Great lookout and spots, very nice hikes and wonderful views. Not a big group (less than 20) and very good organization on terms of logistics. Highly recommended.

We went in early November. Because it's a sunset hike the earlier tour groups were gone so once we were at the cliffs looking at the Three Sisters, it was just our tour group. We had some run ins with nature, but not in a way that was scary. We saw a snake off the path and some spider hide outs. The weather was gorgeous and the sandwiches and fruit were just enough to give us energy for the hike. I would warn that while the hike isn't too difficult you do about six miles of walking, so you are on your feet a lot. I'd say it was worth it but an older woman did have some difficulty. Bring a light jacket with you because during the day it's warm but at night it cools down quite quickly. Our tour guide Donna was quite sweet and amicable.
