Able to enjoy the view very peacefully due to covid. Managed to walk round the observatory multiple times, stopping to take pictures. There’s binoculars around for you to view the city for free

I loved this place! They took all the appropriate security and safety measures to get in. I loved the view from the tower.

Worth a visit, to get a birds eye view of Sydney. Not the best of Opera or Bridge, and getting built up around the tower.. But loved the lego exhibition just as much.

I visited the tower on two occasions on two different days. The first time I visited, the weather was a letdown as it was an extremely cloudy and foggy day. Therefore, when we got to the top of the tower, you literally couldn't see anything further than about 50m from the building. The good thing to come out of this however is that the staff were more than happy to offer a "weather pass" which is essentially a free pass to go up the sky tower when there is better weather around. I can't recall the exact t's and c's around this (e.g. how long you have to use the weather pass). The reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is because of the 4D cinema closure. This is an experience that my family and I first did about 9 years ago and had since become a tradition when we visited Sydney. The closure was obviously due to COVID-19, however if regular cinemas can operate safely, I can't see why this 4D cinema can't. Furthermore, there is no longer a gift shop on the observation deck and there is also no cafe. No guys, a singular Coffee machine doesn't count. Overall, it was a joyful experience, but don't expect anything to be the same as 2019. It's a quieter, quicker and more simplified experience.

The 360° view on the observation deck was great. The view above the Harbour and the city was amazing. It was difficult to find the entrance. I had luck and it was not busy that day. It is quite expensive but worth to do it especially on a nice day.

We thought we would visit to enjoy the amazing views but when the lift door opens we looked straight into the back of a coffee shop. The walk to the lift and the exit is old and tired. The view is amazing but staff don’t care and the entire experience needs an update

I booked 2 tickets for Sydney Eye Tower for 10/9 it was a great day, our Customer Team member Kaitlyn was very knowledgeable and helpful she went above and beyond showing us the around the Sydney Tower Eye. Will definitely go back for a great experience! Yes everyone they do social distancing and provide masks!

This was a great experience. My 11 year old grandson, Anton and I ascended the lifts and enjoyed a 3D movie experience where it looked like a shark was coming straight at us! We then went up the lifts with others and enjoyed the breathtaking panoramic views of Sydney while enjoying an ice cream from the shops and buying some souvenirs. The Beatles was playing ...it was totally enjoyable :)

This is such an iconic tower, atop the Westfield in the city centre. 360 degree views of Sydney. The take photos before you go up, they are a bit over priced. You can go out on the glass deck, that does cost extra. The observation deck is just as good the views are the same. Enjoyed it.
