  Your was well organised. Plenty to eat & drink & the cruise was relaxing with good commentary. The three wineries we’re also excellent tasting. The brewery was good also with a refreshing beer at the end of the day. Keith our driver was very nice & helpful.

  Was a bit seedy from the night before so was a bit reluctant to go, however it started of slow but ended up having a great time. The cruise down the river was great nice and relaxing lovely staff we had wine and a cheese board. Then onto the bus first stop lunch then stopped at about 4 wineries and a chocolate factory ended the day at a brewery it’s along day but a good day. Gets quite rowdy at then of the trip lolz was so much fun.

  Fantastic Day and the staff were first class. We will do another tour shortly very impressed. Next will be the river cruise.

  Was a well organised tour that ran smoothly and included a great range of visits. Only thing that let it down was the lack of fun. Was very very sterile and when asking the driver to turn on the radio was told this could not be done as needed to concentrate.

  Totally enjoyed the cruise up-river, morning tea and cheese/wine tastings. Staff for both legs of the trip were absolutely incredible. HOWEVER - The sausage in my spicy sausage pasta was almost raw (very red) and there would have been insufficient time to send them back as you run on a tight schedule. We went to two wineries which each had their own problems. The first one was very hot as the fans were not working and we were not allowed in the air-conditioned area. The second one's amenities were disgusting, being attached to an old house. You couldn't swing a cat, never mind a rat (which I wouldn't have been surprised to see) in the toilet and then you had to use the laundry to wash your hands. The tub was full of jugs of some type of liquid, no soap and no hand-drying. I was glad we had no overseas visitors as it would have been very embarassing for them to consider this as standard Australian offerings. Both wineries offered cheese and biscuits, but three times in one day is a bit much. We then went onto a brewery which supplied plates of hot chips per group of 4, which was nice but a bit off-putting after the lack of sanitation at the winery. There are many wineries of very high standards in the Swan Valley, and I appreciate you wanting to support smaller family businesses, but you must assure they are meeting a reasonable standard. As always, the chocolate factory was a delight! We thought we had booked for the full trip including lunch at Sandalfords, but were told this was not the case. On review I can see where we went wrong, however when we called your office to discuss this at approx 10 am on Thursday 31 Dec there was no response. Via your site we could have upgraded for $30 per head, however Captain Cook wanted to charge us $60 per head which we felt was a bit much. Even if paying an extra $30 per head this would have been a much better option as it included desert and free glasses of wine on the return trip (which we had done before).

  A beautiful cruise up the swan lots of wine & cheese, lunch & wine at mandoon and onto various wineries with Peter our Driver well worth the money will definitely do it again

  Good afternoon out having arrived in the city. Saw a few vineyards tasted some good and some not so good wine. Cruise back to the city. Had a laugh on the boat.

  A great day; relaxing cruise up Swan river, beautiful weather, lovely cheese platter with quality wine. Commentary by captain was entertaining. We took the option which included lunch and then a visit to another winery and chocolate factory. We took river cruise back to Perth which included performances by two of the crew. I would highly recommend this tour.

  Awesome tour!!! Had a fantastic day! Wineries/brewery were great, and of course the chocolate factory- tour guide looked after you and was very obliging

  Pleasant boat trip up Swan River with informative commentary. With wine tasting and delicious cheese plate. Then great lunch and winery visit as well as chocolate factory. All very enjoyable. A great day all round. Highly recommended.!!!
