The d\u2019Arenberg Cube restaurant offers a seasonally changing degustation menu, with an extensive wine list featuring a selection of imported wines, and both current vintage and museum releases from d\u2019Arenberg. Two different levels of wine matches are available. After many years training in a Michelin starred kitchen, travelling and learning about global gastronomy, South African husband-and-wife team Brendan Wessels and Lindsay D\u00FCrr have worked together to create a unique dining adventure. Serving exceptional dishes that engage the imagination of guests, each aspect of the restaurant has been designed to create an environment that stimulates the senses, with a playful element. There are dining chairs that explode with colour, tables crafted from old oak barrels, and eclectic pieces of art.
